1. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.

2. Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. In these rare instances, if you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to info@load-of-crock.com and include your name, order number, and reason for request of exchange.

3. Shipping

Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. central time, generally ship the next day, when placed Monday-Thursday. In some cases they may be shipped day of order. In instances of orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, or a day prior to or on a holiday, we work to ensure the order ships the next, business day.

Shipments are sent via USPS and are generally received within 2-5 business days of ordering based on location.
