Two-Ingredient Air Fryer Pork Chops
These air fryer pork chops are so incredibly juicy and flavorful! With very minimal prep and a short cook time, these chops can be on the table in 30 minutes or less!
Ingredients/Recipe:
Bone in pork chops (number based on total number of people eating)
Your preferred pork seasoning, or, salt and pepper
Putting it Together:
Season your chops with your preferred pork seasoning. Salt and pepper are a great combo, too. Cover the pork chops after you have seasoned, and let them sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, and up to 4 hours. When ready to make, preheat your air fryer at 400 for 5 minutes. Then, add in your pork chops, and cook them at 400 for another 8-12 minutes, this time will depend on how thick your chops are. Start with 8, flipping them at the 4 minute mark, and then check the internal temp- you are aiming for 140-145, remembering they will continue to cook after you remove them. Cook until this temp is reached.
Serving:
Serve the chops right away. These go great with a lot of things like bread, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots…lots of great side dishes to pair with this one.
Load of Crock Tip(s):
Be sure to start with 8 minutes in the air fryer, flipping at 4, and then checking temp, to ensure you do not overcook.
Preheating the air fryer as noted is key!
Letting them marinate in the fridge with your preferred seasoning will also play a role in making them as flavorful as possible.
